My coaching is science-led and grounded in real mountain experience, shaped through years of racing, guiding and confirming what works in the real world.
I’m a UESCA-certified Ultra-Endurance Coach and a qualified Mountain Leader. I offer 1:1 remote coaching, in-person coaching in the mountains, and bespoke alternatives.

Athletes I’ve trained have achieved success in these events and beyond, and even with their 5km personal bests.
I also specialise in short-middle distance fell and mountain races.
Together we’ll look at where you’re strong, where you can improve, and how that aligns with your chosen event, then focus on the things that actually make a difference through clear, practical steps. Plans are adjusted along the way, because life happens and staying consistent is what counts. It’s specific, thoughtful, and nuanced to you.
